This hotel is modern with everything being well-maintained and decent value. The staff ensures you have a really great time, they are polite and welcoming. The rooms are exceptionally clean and include an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Offers top-notch service and fine food.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impressive. The room was impeccably clean and they provided complimentary nightwear and indoor slippers, which added a nice touch to the stay. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Despite having limited English, they tried their best to answer our questions and provide us with any necessary information. Lastly, the location was excellent. Situated just a few minutes walk from the subway and bus stops, it was easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions such as the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Kamo River. this hotel offered great value for money and made our stay in the city enjoyable.

The place was clean, functional and new-fashioned rooms. The helpful and extremely friendly staff all round. The rooms with breakfast. Breakfast with juice and the same sandwich, as for instance. Central location, great place for discovering Kyoto. Enjoyed fairly quiet area.

Excellent service and functional and reasonably large rooms with all the amenities usually found in japanese business hotels. Had clean central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge. Location short walk to centre;))

Everything was fantastic.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. First, the staff service was unexpectedly great. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and even bringing it up to our room while we were out. Second, the amenities provided were top-notch, from the comfy pajamas and slippers to the epic hair dryer. Lastly, the location was convenient, with a family mart nearby and several bus stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.

One small area for improvement would be to include some protein options in the breakfast menu.

The hotel is located in a charming and quiet street with easy access to transportation. It’s easy to get around and explore the city. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The internet connection was not stable and frequently disconnected. We found this quite frustrating as we needed to stay connected for our work and personal communication.
